Gota de Oro red vinegar, filtered in sterile conditions to prevent bacterial growth.

Made 100% from wine and containing 6% acetic acid, it is used as a condiment and food preservative.

Along with white wine vinegar, this is the one most used in our regions, Spanish gastronomy cannot be understood without food dressed with red vinegar.

Available in packs of 250 ml, 1, 2 and 5 litres.
